Front Desk Officer
(One Year Contract)

Location: Lilongwe

Role Overview: We are seeking a professional and well-organized Front Desk Officer to manage reception and administrative support functions. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring smooth communication and efficient frontoffice operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and clients, manage inquiries, and direct them appropriately.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.

  • Provide administrative support including filing, scheduling, and document preparation.

  • Assist in coordinating meetings and managing office supplies.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.

  • Experience in front desk or administrative roles.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Professional demeanor and ability to multitask.
