A great example of this commitment can be seen in a recent gemstone exploration carried out in Nsanje District. Our very own co-founder, Faith Makwera, played a central role in the activity. What made this experience even more inspiring was that the foreperson of the exploration team was a woman. This moment underscored the fact that women are not just participants in the industry; they are leading teams, managing operations, and shaping the future of gemstone mining in Malawi.
